Stingers Tryout Schedules
Competitive baseball, fundamental development and team fun. These will be yours when you join the Scarborough Stingers AAA Baseball Association for the 2011 season. In return, we’ll want a commitment to learn, a burning desire to win and the ability to play baseball at an elite level in Toronto Baseball Association (TBA) league games and provincial tournaments.Show us you’ve got what it takes when the Scarborough Stingers open up their tryouts for the 2011 season right after the Labour Day weekend. Provincially certified coaches at each age level will be assessing players on their skill sets as batters, fielders and pitchers, but will also be looking for players displaying outstanding athleticism, attitude and hustle.

Players coming to Stingers tryouts from another team or association will have to bring a “Permission to Try-out’ form signed by an official of their current club. Players from Select or AA teams in East Toronto and Scarborough do not need that permission. For more information on player movement policies of the TBA, visit their website.
