Monday, Sept. 10: A win at the OBAs ends the season on a high note
- Congratulations to the boys for a fantastic weekend at the OBAs in Mississauga. Beating East York 14-11 and taking Etobicoke into the seventh with a lead was an exciting way to finish the season. Everyone made a contribution and we ended on a high note. Special congratulations to William Vernon, Henry Dennis and Andrew Fuller, winners of the games' MVP awards, and to Luke Gazmin for his game-winning home run against East York.
- Our team party was held Sept. 9 and a good time was had by all.
- Congratulations to the team for their best game of the year against Etobicoke at the TBAs. Although we let in a lot of runs at the end, to enter the 7th inning down by one run was quite an accomplishment. We have made progress this season, despite the scores.
